Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships to understand their business goals and challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans and roadmaps for leveraging Google digital analytics solutions to achieve their objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including analytics specialists, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions and support to clients.
• Utilize Looker Studio's data exploration capabilities to analyze the underlying data, and uncover trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the objectives.
• Create and customize dashboards to effectively communicate insights derived from data analysis, incorporating appropriate visualizations, layout design, and interactivity.
• Develop compelling presentations (PPTs) to showcase insights, recommendations, and the value of our Google digital analytics solutions to clients and prospects.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand our services and solutions within existing client accounts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
