Customer Success Executive US Payroll

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Executive to support our US payroll clients through seamless onboarding, data setup, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills, analytical ability, and hands-on experience in US payroll processes to ensure every client has a smooth and accurate payroll experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding processes from requirement gathering to workflow setup — ensuring timely and accurate implementation of payroll solutions.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile payroll data, ensuring compliance with US payroll standards and accuracy in every cycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, and Compliance) to ensure all client needs are met within timelines.
• Support system configuration and integrations, working closely with internal technical teams.
• Stay current on US payroll compliance requirements and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Assist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for clients on payroll tools and features.
• Track and report client feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B.Com / MBA preferred
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, payroll operations, or client onboarding — US payroll experience is mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills — non-negotiable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with the ability to interpret and present payroll insights clearly.
• Client Management: Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts and coordinate effectively across teams.
