Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Executive to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our customers. Your primary goal will be to drive product adoption, reduce time-to-value, and ensure long-term customer success by implementing structured onboarding processes. Responsibilities Successfully onboard new customers within the time limit. Conduct onboarding training through self-service, one-on-one sessions, or group webinars. Capable of understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction Guide customers through the core product setup process to ensure smooth implementation. Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey. Identify and address onboarding challenges to minimize early-stage churn. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience. Implement process improvements each quarter to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Promote self-service onboarding through documentation, videos, and interactive product tours. Facilitate self-service onboarding for customers to ensure a seamless setup experience. Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to the Customer Success team. Document and report at least three recurring customer challenges per month for the product and support teams. Requirements Experience in customer service, client onboarding, technical support and client management Strong project management and process optimization skills. Excellent communication skills in Business English and Hindi and presentation skills to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging way. Ability to build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of onboarding metrics and process improvements. Experience in EdTech or streaming platforms is a plus. Familiarity with customer onboarding tools, CRMs, and automation platforms.
