Job Title: Customer Success Executive Location : Chennai Company : SV.. Hi-Tech Bearings India Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships and support inside sales activities. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, generating repeat business, and identifying upsell opportunities. Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Understand client needs and offer suitable product solutions. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads to convert into orders. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts. Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM. Requirements : Graduation: Any 1–2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales (not mandatory). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English and Malayalam (Mandatory) Basic knowledge of industrial products is not mandatory Ideal Candidate would be someone who : Has intent to grow / Is Ambitious Is capable of learning fast Committed Result oriented Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
