Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive located in Pune. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing customer support, and managing accounts. The role also involves analyzing customer data to enhance customer experience and ensure business growth.
