Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM and Lead Management Executive located in Pune. The CRM and Lead Management Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer retention, analyzing customer data, improving customer experience, and driving sales. The executive will also handle lead generation and manage the CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records.
