Customer Success Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and smart MBA fresher to join our team as an Customer Success Executive. The candidate should have completed their MBA and must have Hindi-speaking skills. In this role, the intern will support sales operations, customer interactions, data management, and market research. This position is ideal for someone who wants to begin a career in sales, marketing, or business development, especially in the IT/software domain.Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Reporting

• Collect and organize customer, market, and competitor data
• Maintain data sheets and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets
• Support the sales team with timely reports and insights

2. Customer Enquiry Handling

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, and social media
• Share product/service details professionally
• Maintain a positive customer experience

3. Social Media Support

• Manage company social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Post updates, respond to messages, and engage with followers
• Assist in basic content creation and campaign support

4. Customer Follow-Up

• Perform timely follow-ups with leads and prospects
• Maintain follow-up trackers and CRM records
• Assist the sales team in lead nurturing and conversions

5. Competitor & Market Analysis

• Research competitors and gather pricing/features information
• Prepare simple comparison reports
• Provide insights to improve sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service
• Strong analytical and research skills

• Good time management and coordination
• Team player with a positive mindset
