Job Description

Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via email,

chat, phone and video calls.

Assist clients in onboarding, providing product demonstrations, and guiding

them through platform functionalities.

Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely

resolution of problems.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Development) to relay

customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Monitor customer accounts to ensure product adoption and engagement.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities

using CRM tools.

Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and self-help

resources.

Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and suggest

improvements to enhance user experience.
