At CASEGEAR , we believe our customers are at the heart of everything we do — your role will be to make sure they feel valued, supported, and cared for. Key Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with customers and become their go-to point of contact. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Provide product guidance, information, and support to aid customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services. Manage follow-up and track customer satisfaction metrics. Support the team in retaining and growing customer loyalty. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a related role. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal). Proficiency: Ability to use CRM or related software. Attitude: Positive, patient, solution-oriented, with a strong customer-centric mindset. Other: Immediate joining is preferred.
