Job Description

You will be working at CallHippo, a futuristic virtual phone system company with a global presence in 80+ countries. Your role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs, providing training during onboarding, and ensuring customers maximize the value of CallHippo's features. You will engage with customers to drive their success, facilitate community building, and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will offer support, manage platforms, monitor customer health metrics, and resolve challenges to ensure customer satisfaction. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Customer Advocacy: Act as customers" advocate, understand their needs, and provide valuable feedback to the product team. - Onboarding & Training: Assist in onboarding by offering thorough training for customer success. - Maximize Product Value: Develop a deep understanding of CallHippo's features to help customers utilize the platform efficiently. - Customer Engagement & Success: Drive customer success by understanding their goals and assisting them in achieving desired outcomes. - Community Building: Foster connections between users and promote adoption of CallHippo's solutions. - Opportunity Identification: Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand product usage. - Support & Guidance: Respond to customer queries promptly and serve as a guide in navigating challenges. - Platform Management: Assist in managing CRM and other platforms for exceptional customer success experiences. - Customer Health Monitoring: Monitor customer metrics and take actions to ensure their success. - Challenge Resolution: Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to identify and resolve adoption challenges. **Requirements:** - Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with a drive to impact customer and company success. - Goal-Oriented: Motivated to exceed personal and professional goals. - Adaptability: Quick learner, able to handle multiple tasks and changing environments. - Strong Communication Skills: Excellent listener, capable of building relationships. - Work Ethic: Committed to transparency, honesty, and professionalism. - Problem-Solving Ability: Proactively identify issues and find solutions. - Team Player: Embrace collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
