Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketplace Growth Drive and manage sales performance across marketplaces like Myntra, FirstCry, Amazon, Ajio, and others. Monitor and analyze sales trends, promotions, and campaigns to meet revenue targets. Plan and execute promotional activities in coordination with marketplace teams. Product Listing & Catalog Management Create, update, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, size charts). Ensure compliance with each platform’s listing and quality guidelines. Advertising & Campaign Management Set up and manage paid ads (Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.). Monitor ad performance and optimize for better ROI and conversion rates. Operational Management Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment and returns. Ensure on-time stock updates and availability across platforms. Handle day-to-day operations like order processing, returns, and inventory sync. Analytics & Reporting Generate regular sales, performance, and ad campaign reports. Use data insights to improve product visibility and performance. Reconciliation & Finance Track payouts and ensure accurate reconciliations with each marketplace. Identify and resolve discrepancies related to returns, payments, or fees. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces. Prior experience with platforms like Myntra, FirstCry, and Amazon is essential. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Process daily orders from Shopify and multiple marketplaces (Myntra, FirstCry, etc.). Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch while meeting SLAs. Inventory Management: Maintain real-time stock accuracy across channels. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Team Supervision: Manage and motivate warehouse staff for efficient daily operations. Assign tasks and ensure accountability in the team. Operational Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for speed and accuracy. Ensure safe and clean working conditions at all times. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the financial operations of Orange Sugar. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting practices, statutory compliances (GST, TDS), and reconciliations. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Statutory Compliance : Prepare and file GST returns , TDS returns , and other statutory filings accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with current tax regulations. Accounts Management : Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally. Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and annual accounting records . Reconciliations : Regularly reconcile bank statements , vendor accounts , inventory records , and payment gateways . Investigate and resolve discrepancies. Vendor & Payment Management : Monitor and manage vendor payments , ensuring timely settlements and accurate records. Track receivables and payables efficiently. Inventory Accounting : Ensure accurate recording of inventory movement and valuation . Reconcile stock across systems (ERP vs. physical vs. accounting). Reporting & Analysis : Assist in the preparation of financial reports , MIS, and audit documentation. Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance , or related field. 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment . Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS , and other Indian statutory compliance. Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.). Experience with Tally Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
