Job Description

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day support and engagement for small business accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will track account health, identify risks or growth opportunities, and take proactive steps to address them. Launching and managing digital campaigns to increase product usage and customer engagement will also be a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will measure campaign performance, analyze customer data, and share actionable insights for improvement. You will maintain campaign calendars, align initiatives with customer success goals, update CRM systems, manage reporting, and handle data entry tasks accurately. A proven track record in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration, as well as experience working with Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), are also desired qualifications.,
