Job Description

As a Product Evangelist at our company, your role is to synergize the entire customer lifecycle by engaging with potential and existing customers as a trusted advisor to ensure the achievement of business objectives. - Develop deep expertise in DataChannel product offerings and be a trusted advisor to potential customers, managing their portfolios effectively. - Maximize value to sustain business growth and profitability, aiding in product design and development. - Engage and advise potential customers by mapping their business goals with DataChannel product features. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the customer's life cycle stages such as product evaluation, subscription, and initial adoption. - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. - Keep customers updated on product updates and changes. - Manage account retention, renewals, and minimize churn. - Improve onboarding processes and conduct product demonstrations for customers. - Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints efficiently. - Gather customer feedback and share it internally to enhance the product and establish better customer support practices. - Encourage customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals. **REQUIRED SKILLS:** - 3-5 years of experience in direct customer-facing roles like customer success, client management, or relationship management. - Understanding of data and business analytics landscape with working knowledge of Databases and SQL. - Minimum 2 years of relevant prior experience in a B2B/SaaS company. - Effective communicator with the ability to have meaningful conversations and articulate thoughts. - Experience in cross-functional collaboration involving diverse stakeholders. - Excellent customer service orientation and engagement skills. - Eager to learn, drive results, and implement best practices. - Ability to work creatively and swiftly in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of customer success processes and document creation. - Strong multitasking, creative thinking, and ability to work independently.,
