Customer Success Consultant

We prioritize work-life balance and encourage you to take time for yourself and your loved ones. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Implement and support Safetrax tool for large corporates and fleet partners. - Be the main point of contact for client queries and ensure client satisfaction. - Manage Account Management and support clients for long-term and short-term growth. - Participate in internal planning activities to develop schedules and align resources. - Act as a solution provider with a consulting mindset. - Identify automation opportunities to enhance client service experience. - Respond to customer queries, communicate Safetrax's value proposition, and negotiate deals. - Understand client needs and address them within defined timelines. **Knowledge & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree with prior Account/Service Management experience. - Experience in Information Technology. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to learn new technologies and apply them in a customer-facing environment. - Understanding of technical risks and supportability parameters. - Strong decision-making skills and innovative thinking. - Ability to manage relationships and drive new best practices.
