Strong communication skills with empathy and customer-first approach. Ability to manage multiple accounts in parallel with attention to detail. Willingness to learn how to handle escalations and work with senior team members to resolve concerns.Functional Skills Basic understanding of Customer Success practices. Familiarity with SaaS products Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Tools(Good to have) Exposure to project management tools (e g, ClickUp, Jira, Asana). Familiarity with customer success platforms (e g, FreshSuccess, Gainsight, Totango) is a plus.Who Can Apply Willing to work in North America shift. 1 3 years of relevant professional experience in customer-facing roles. Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow into a consultant-level role.#LI-RT
