We’re seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team with a solution-driven approach. He/She will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and clients are armed with the right insights to grow faster.

What You'll Do

• Assist in

  executing and tracking marketing campaigns

  for top brands
• Pull and interpret campaign performance data (Excel/GSheets proficiency a must)
• Support in preparing reports, client presentations & monthly reviews
• Communicate regularly with brand teams to understand their needs and drive outcomes
• Brainstorm campaign ideas aligned with retail calendars and customer segments
• Think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery across touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Marketing, or Brand teams preferred)
• Street-smart, hungry to learn, and thrives in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll speak to brands regularly
• Solid logic and problem-solving abilities
• Excel skills are a must; bonus points for any experience with CRM/SQL
• Marketing understanding — particularly for

  retail, e-commerce or D2C brands

• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
