The candidates will work with our Customer Success Managers and help with operational projects across customers.

Location: Noida, Sector 16

Expectations from the role:

• Supporting onboarding and effective management of client relationships
• Identify and support investigation and resolution issues and problems & complaints
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer operations
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver client requirements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Planning the training and standardization of service delivery
• Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance

Skills Required:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Comfortable with data analysis
• Willingness to learn
• High ownership and hustle attitude
• Assertive, initiative, methodical, detail-oriented, highly organized in work procedures
• Proactive & Collaborative
