Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist users by addressing their queries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Help customers navigate the platform and understand how to use its features effectively.
  • Identify and communicate potential roadblocks customers may face while using the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, tech, and account managers to troubleshoot and escalate issues.
  • Provide quick, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and a customer-first attitude while managing daily queries.
  • Share suggestions and feedback from customers internally to improve product experience.


Requirements:

  • Must have completed

    graduation from a full-time program

  • Minimum

    0.5 years of experience

    in any customer-facing role (internships included).
  • Strong

    verbal and written English communication

    skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
