Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Executive at Iron Man Lifestyle, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer journey/experience, implementing systems and processes to improve customer success, and boosting retention & Lifetime Gross Profit per customer. Your responsibilities will include: - Improving customer journey: Define and enhance the stages of the customer journey to provide a better experience and ensure customer satisfaction. - Account Management: Serve as the Single Point of Contact for each client, managing the entire customer life cycle and addressing grievances, queries, and providing guidance. - Increasing Lifetime Gross Profit (LTGP)/LTV: Enhance client retention through upselling, down selling, and cross-selling, while identifying gaps in the customer experience to develop new products. - Decreasing churn: Identify reasons for churn, develop strategies to reduce it, and take ownership of customer onboarding and engagement. - Tracking and improving Customer Success KPIs: Implement systems to measure and track Customer NPS, Success Rate, Adherence Rate, Testimonial Rate, LTV, and LTGP. - Driving Referrals & Word of Mouth: Create a formal system to generate referrals from clients and build a positive reputation. - Collecting Customer feedback: Understand customer needs, gather feedback, and use it to enhance the product.
