Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals by understanding client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, proactive incident communication, and smooth onboarding/migrations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking, monitoring SLAs, service uptime, and customer health metrics.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally & share insights and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records & reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management in IT, Cloud, or Data Center industries.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud, Colocation, Networking, and Managed Hosting services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on with CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts.
  • Problem-solving approach.
