Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for insurance products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high conversion rates.
• Handle objections effectively with good sales acumen.
• Maintain records of interactions and follow up with customers.

Education & Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with insurance or sales experience will be given preference.

Experience

• Freshers are eligible.
• Experienced candidates (especially in insurance & sales) preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Clear speech with no MTI/RTI influence.
• No grammatical or pronunciation errors.
• Strong sales orientation and customer handling skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Shifts:

• Females—Day shift till 8:00 PM
• Males – Rotational

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
