Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to post-travel engagement.
Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and drive continuous improvement.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to enhance service delivery and optimize customer touchpoints.
Offer personalized travel recommendations, ensuring customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.
Track customer interactions and insights using internal tools to contribute to a data-driven customer success approach..

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
2+ years in customer experience or service, preferably in travel.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-centric skills.
