Key Role:

  • Be a Trusted Advisor:

    Develop deep relationships with a portfolio of AdTech clients, understanding their business objectives, advertising strategies, and challenges.
  • Drive Client Success

    : Proactively monitor client performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize their use of our platform and achieve their campaign goals.
  • Onboarding & Adoption:

    Lead the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid adoption of our AdTech solutions. Provide ongoing training and support to maximize their proficiency.
  • Proactive Upselling:

    Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within your client base by understanding their evolving needs and showcasing how additional features, products, or services can deliver greater value and ROI.
  • Health & Retention:

    Monitor client health metrics, anticipate potential risks, and implement strategies to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Advocate for Clients:

    Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to relay feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Performance Reporting:

    Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews and business insights to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of our solutions.
  • Market Expertise:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies within the AdTech landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.


Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of prior experience in Customer Success for Ads

  • Knowledge of advertising platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
