Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist who will act as the bridge between our clients and our editorial team. You will engage with clients, understand their publication needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, or call.

Understand client requirements related to research publication (journal selection, manuscript editing, formatting, etc.).

Provide accurate and customized service information and solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement.

Collaborate with the editorial and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Track communication and updates in CRM tools or internal systems.

Follow up with leads and assist in converting prospects into clients.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.

Basic understanding of academic/research publication processes is a plus.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Prior experience in customer support, academic services, or editorial coordination preferred.
