Job Description

We are looking to hire a Solutions Manager to deliver growth in Logistics Services (LS) by utilizing top-tier consultative selling techniques and customer solutions in strategic pursuits within IBS.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in supply chain management
  • Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Bangalore
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management
  • Exposure: Hands-on experience in EXIM (Export-Import) or international supply chain
  • Solution Design: Strong background in designing supply chain solutions
  • Project Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consultative selling and value creation
  • Deliver vertical insights for sales by sharing benchmarking, new innovative solutions in the market
  • Ensure qualified solution opportunities progress through effective project management while coordinating facilitating contributions from various functions for a high-quality customer buying experience.
  • Collaborate across functions to enhance sales processes, maximize success rates, and communicate status effectively to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate business case documentation and ficial projections, and coordinate customer-facing responses.
  • Ensure resource deployment for relevant solutions and remove roadblocks by aligning with stakeholders to prevent delays.
  • Coach the sales team on processes, share best practices, and contribute to a repository of value propositions, solutions, and engineering case studies.
  • Proven success in collaborating with diverse teams and managing stakeholders and people processes effectively.
  • Assess the new age logistics technology offering available in the market by start-ups and established companies. Understand ways to deploy them in customer solutions.
  • Create industry first and industry leading solutions which once shown their merit in South Asia can be deployed to other geographies where Maersk operates.
  • Work with other countries product/solution managers to share the knowledge and bring in the best practices.
Who we are looking for:
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to lead cross-functional and remote project teams both locally and internationally.
  • Analytical and customer-centric mindset with proven capability of translating complex requirements into tangible solutions
  • Competent in creating and building written business proposals translating customer requirements into structured value propositions
  • Extensive knowledge of complex end-to-end logistics services concepts in related vertical
  • Experience within the FMCG Retail industry is an added advantage.
