Job Description

We are looking to hire a Solutions Manager to deliver growth in Logistics Services (LS) by utilizing top-tier consultative selling techniques and customer solutions in strategic pursuits within IBS.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in supply chain management
Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Bangalore
Supply Chain Expertise: Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management
Exposure: Hands-on experience in EXIM (Export-Import) or international supply chain
Solution Design: Strong background in designing supply chain solutions
Project Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consultative selling and value creation
Deliver vertical insights for sales by sharing benchmarking, new innovative solutions in the market
Ensure qualified solution opportunities progress through effective project management while coordinating facilitating contributions from various functions for a high-quality customer buying experience.
Collaborate across functions to enhance sales processes, maximize success rates, and communicate status effectively to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
Facilitate business case documentation and ficial projections, and coordinate customer-facing responses.
Ensure resource deployment for relevant solutions and remove roadblocks by aligning with stakeholders to prevent delays.
Coach the sales team on processes, share best practices, and contribute to a repository of value propositions, solutions, and engineering case studies.
Proven success in collaborating with diverse teams and managing stakeholders and people processes effectively.
Assess the new age logistics technology offering available in the market by start-ups and established companies. Understand ways to deploy them in customer solutions.
Create industry first and industry leading solutions which once shown their merit in South Asia can be deployed to other geographies where Maersk operates.
Work with other countries product/solution managers to share the knowledge and bring in the best practices.

Who we are looking for:

Highly collaborative with the ability to lead cross-functional and remote project teams both locally and internationally.
Analytical and customer-centric mindset with proven capability of translating complex requirements into tangible solutions
Competent in creating and building written business proposals translating customer requirements into structured value propositions
Extensive knowledge of complex end-to-end logistics services concepts in related vertical
Experience within the FMCG Retail industry is an added advantage.
