WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop a deep understanding of

  Sapaad’s software products

• Engage with users through

  phone, email, or chat

  to resolve issues efficiently
• Take full ownership of

  customer tickets

  and ensure timely resolution, collaborating with engineering when needed
• Be the

  voice of the customer

  inside the organization — report issues and provide insights on root causes
• Deliver

  professional, clear, and user-friendly communication

• Conduct

  customer training sessions, webinars, and onboarding programs

• Assist with

  deployments remotely and on-site

  as needed
• Provide

  exceptional support

  that turns satisfied users into brand ambassadors

YOU'RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Excellent English communication skills

  (written and verbal), plus proficiency in at least one

  regional Indian language

  (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)
• Strong

  interpersonal and people skills

  — you’ll often be the first point of contact for customers
• Patience, empathy, and tenacity in

  resolving customer challenges
