Customer Solutions Engineer

Role Overview: As a member of gTech's Professional Services team, your role will involve taking a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. You will work towards helping customers attain their business goals through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the business team to identify, develop, and optimize new business opportunities by leveraging Google products and technologies. - Act as the technical lead in developing solutions and providing consulting services to partners, while building and maintaining client relationships. - Design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to various audiences, ranging from engineers to marketing professionals. - Deliver technical value to clients" online and digital initiatives, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. - Travel as necessary to meet with partners and clients in the region.
