Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Solutions Engineer at HG Insights, you will play a crucial role in engaging with Go To Market leaders in the B2B Technology industry to understand their business challenges and provide innovative solutions using data. You will collaborate with clients to define their requirements, design scalable solutions, and act as a technical lead during the onboarding process. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for technical strategy and implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Approach each client engagement with curiosity to understand their business challenges, goals, and priorities. - Conduct discovery sessions to identify pain points and growth opportunities within the customer's workflows or technology ecosystem. - Translate customer problems into actionable Use-Case solutions and demonstrate how to develop them with data at the center. - Collaborate with clients to define their business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable solutions. - Act as a technical lead during the onboarding process, ensuring successful client adoption. - Stay informed about technology trends and advise clients on optimizing their technology stack for leveraging data effectively. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for technical strategy and implementation. - Provide hands-on support during solution deployment, lead workshops and training sessions, and partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Consulting, or related roles in B2B marketing/sales tech. - Proficiency in data storytelling using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Looker. - Strong expertise in CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), Marketing Automation (Marketo, HubSpot), and Sales Engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft). - Experience with API integration, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). - Proficiency in Python scripting, advanced SQL (e.g., Snowflake), and leveraging AI/GPT for creating innovative business solutions. - Strong critical reasoning skills, ability to tell stories with data, and bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Curious, innovative, and self-starting with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
