About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineerwho will play a key role in building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth project onboarding, and driving customer success. This position requires a mix of technical exposure, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
• Gather requirements for onboarding and ongoing projects.
• Provide technical guidance, share best practices, and resolve client issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver client needs effectively.
• Manage renewals, support expansions, and track client success metrics.

Training Plan

• Duration: 2 months (structured program)
• Hands-on exposure to client management tools, project workflows, and technical fundamentals.
• Guidance from experienced mentors to ensure smooth transition into the role.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: B.Tech / MCA

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Active listening, empathy, and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities

Technical Exposure:

• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Basic knowledge of data handling, APIs, and system integration
