Job Description

The Candidate is responsible for managing the entireServicing Activity focusing on timely resolution of customer queries andcomplaints. Should lead from the front ensuring adherence with the regulatoryand internal guidelines/policies.

Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesManagerial Responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for

Ensuring that all service standards which arecommitted to PCG customers are met without any hindrance.

Stayup to date with markets to provide best solutions to the customers related totheir service concerns.

Proand skilled to have on boarding of HNI clients; via PMS,AIF and MF, expertisewith KYC and other documents involved in processing .

collaborating with cross-functional teams suchas Sales RM ,Business, technology, operations,legal, risk, and compliance for effective service delivery.

Should be well equipped with in-house productand its functionalities leading to process and operational efficiency.

Strategic and tactical scheduling and teammanagement to meet service levels improve and manage productivity along withquality.

Manage Servicing Operations with minimal or nosupervision with complete ownership.
