Compensation

Depending on experience, our range is INR 10K to INR 15K per month + Incentives

About the Role

As a customer experience specialist, you will be responsible for :

• Managing learner community (content schedule, engagement, campaigns)
• Decreasing RTO/Refund/Postorder Queries/Cancellation
• Managing queries on whatsapp, Instagram channels, and ad comments
• Influencer partnerships

Must Have

• 2-3 years of experience in sales in a consumer-facing industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Working laptop, high-speed internet connection, and an Android phone

Good to have

• Experience in the ed-tech industry
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquare

Bonus Points

• Passion for music
• Experience with cold calling and email outreach
• Experience with social selling
