You will be working as a full-time hybrid Customer Service Sales Specialist based in Kharar with the flexibility of some work from home options. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer interactions via phone and email, providing product information, processing orders, and addressing sales inquiries. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering a positive customer experience, and achieving sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills. Additionally, having proficiency in Phone Etiquette, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities is essential. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Any prior experience in sales or customer service would be advantageous. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred. This position may require you to work night shifts from home. Fluency in English is a must for effective communication with customers.,
