Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Agra. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.
