Key Deliverables / Accountabilities
1. Resolving the client queries within the defined timeframe.
2. To resolve customer queries over phone and/or email
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, which include (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical
ability, Pronunciation & Interactive Communication)
4. Basic Computer knowledge is required.
