Customer Service Representative

Role & responsibilities

Send ownership email notification to the Customer advising that their ticket is being investigated.
• Provide customer requested documentation in support of ticket.• Audit approval for credits below defined threshold.• Mark ticket with proper notation which identifies if Customer has other open tickets• Complete steps to close the ticket and process the credit (if applicable).• Contact the Customer to explain resolution of their inquiry (approval/denial of claim) and credits as appropriate.• Follow up on surveys (calls out to the customer) and review with customers.• Research inquiry and validate Customers dispute this includes researching contractual prices, billing and SLA calculations, as well as payment history and activation events as required.• Issue requests for correcting orders and other necessary corrective actions.• Calculate credit• Provide invoice copies to Customer as requested and help drive customer to self-service through the online portal• Provide statement of accounts to Customer as requested• Provide account services inventory to Customer as requested• Process billing requests• Issue credits• Answer billing inquiries• Confirm existing rates• Initiate research requests (complete service request ticket)

Experience- 0.6 to 2 years

location- Bengaluru

Shift timings- 6:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Salary- 3LPA

5 days working 2 days off
