Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Bangalore  Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 1 years experience Salary: ₹ 18,000 - ₹ 32,000, Incentive: ₹ 3,000 Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and billing Resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the issue and determining the best solution Follow up to ensure full resolution of customer concerns Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and call handling Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate Experience: 0-3 years in a customer service or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems) Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional Language – customize as per need] Preferred Skills:Experience in voice/non-voice process (inbound/outbound) Multilingual ability is a plus Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward customers
