Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kolkata. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer service requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives skills Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Capability to work on-site in Kolkata Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent education
