We’re looking for a Customer Service Superstar who can delight our clients, solve problems with ease, and make every interaction memorable.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly voice and face of our company.
• Handle calls, chats & emails – keeping customers happy and informed.
• Solve queries quickly & professionally.
• Work with our team to ensure smooth service and happy clients.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Female candidate with excellent communication in English, Hindi & local language.
• Positive, energetic, and good at problem-solving.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus – but freshers with great attitude are welcome!
