We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partnerships Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by securing high-value commercial collaborations with leading brands, corporates, and solution providers. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with decision-makers across key industries to position our high-impact B2B summits and conferences as valuable business development platforms. Key Responsibilities Own and exceed revenue targets by selling tailored partnership packages for industry events and executive summits. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partners, targeting C-level decision-makers and senior marketing or business development leaders. Conduct consultative sales calls and meetings to understand the business goals of prospective clients and match them with event opportunities. Design customized value-driven proposals that align with the client’s brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and business objectives. Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements that deliver mutual value and long-term relationships. Collaborate with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure partner deliverables are executed seamlessly. Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and updates on pipeline development, sales performance, and client feedback. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and gather market intelligence. Qualifications 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in events, media, exhibitions, or business intelligence sectors. Proven track record of closing high-value deals with enterprise clients or senior stakeholders. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously. A commercial mindset with a passion for relationship-building and business development.
