**Position:** Sales Manager – Tools Division **Company:** Kanworks Engineering Solutions **Location:* Ludhiana , Mohali, J & K --- ### **About Kanworks Engineering Solutions** Kanworks Engineering Solutions is a leading provider of industrial solutions with a growing portfolio that includes **Milwaukee Tools** and **Groz Tools**. We focus on delivering innovative, reliable, and performance-driven products to customers in construction, infrastructure, tunneling, and manufacturing sectors. --- ### **Role Overview** We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented **Sales Manager** to lead the sales and promotion of **Milwaukee Tools** (cordless power tools) and **Groz Tools** (industrial tools & accessories). The role involves driving sales growth, building dealer and distribution networks, engaging key accounts, and expanding our presence in Northern India. --- ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for Milwaukee and Groz Tools. * Manage and expand distribution/dealer networks in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, and surrounding regions. * Build strong relationships with contractors, industrial customers, and channel partners. * Lead promotional campaigns, demos, and product training sessions for end-users and channel partners. * Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement brand-building activities. * Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans. * Manage and mentor sales engineers/executives in the tools division. --- ### **Qualifications & Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). * 5–8 years of sales experience in power tools, hand tools, or industrial products. * Proven track record in channel development, dealer management, and B2B sales. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to conduct field demonstrations and technical discussions with customers. * Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. --- **What We Offer** * Opportunity to lead premium international tool brands. * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. * Professional growth within a fast-growing industrial solutions company. * Exposure to large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.
