Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer support professionals, monitoring the entire customer service process, and resolving customer issues efficiently. You will play a key role in creating procedures and policies for effective customer service delivery and planning training programs for the support professionals. Your duties will also include standardizing customer service practices within the organization, interviewing potential candidates, and recruiting the best talent for the team.
