Role Overview

EasyCater Services Platform Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  inbound customer queries

  via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist new

  merchant sign-ups

  and onboarding process.
• Conduct

  document verification

  for merchants.
• Maintain and update data using

  MS Excel

  .
• Perform

  internet research

  and use search engines efficiently.
• Write professional and clear

  emails

  for internal and external communication.
• Conduct regular

  follow-ups

  with merchants/customers.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with a focus on satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Language proficiency:

  Fluent in

  Gujarati, Hindi, and English

  (verbal & written).
• Strong knowledge of

  Microsoft Excel

  (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
• Basic skills in

  internet research

  and using

  search engines

  effectively.
• Good

  email writing skills

  with attention to details.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
