Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer complaints.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with international customers is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in German is required.
