Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
