Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in customer service, with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
Provide timely and accurate information about products and services to customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
