Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

Client Services Manager you will be responsible to establish and preserve a solid rapport with clients by learning about their needs and providing specialized solutions in fund accounting, fund administration services.

You work with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding process for new customers.

Continuously recognizing the regulations pertaining to foreign investments.

Handling responsibility for answering client questions and providing prompt, effective solutions.

Monitoring Net Asset Value / NAV of funds before it is made available to clients.

Assist the Fund accounting staff in coordinating the NAV release in accordance with the established TAT.

Coordinating the fee computations with the Account & Finance staff.

Release the weekly/monthly fee calculations to the clients after double-checking the fee computations using the NAV calculations software and support team.

Respond to inquiries from the client if clarification is needed.

Working together with the Operations group and customer service, client servicing executives.
