Team Lead – Customer Service (Manager/Executive)

The ideal candidate loves engaging with customers, solving problems proactively, and guiding a team to success. You will play a key role in converting every customer interaction into a positive experience and helping them become brand evangelists.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions across

  phone, email, and live chat

• Provide accurate and knowledgeable answers on products, pricing, and availability
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs efficiently
• Ensure timely and accurate

  data entry across CRM and support platforms

• Support and mentor team members for improved performance and service standards
• Maintain clear communication with clients, aligned with

  Australian and US time zones

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in customer support or a similar role
• Strong command over

  spoken and written English

  is a must
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience handling

  international clients (Australia/USA preferred)

• Highly organized with the ability to

  multitask and prioritize effectively

• Proficient with customer service tools and data platforms
