We are rapidly expanding and looking for a phone sales expert to drive conversions from warm leadspeople who have already inquired on our website.

The Role

As a Phone Sales Expert, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into paying customers. Youll leverage your persuasion mastery and expert sales skills to handle objections, create urgency, and close deals on the spot.

Key Responsibilities:

Call warm leads who have inquired about our service and guide them through the sign-up process.

Master objection handling to convert hesitant prospects into long-term customers.

Use high-level persuasion techniques (Sabri Subys methodology, NLP, and proven closing strategies).

Follow a structured, high-converting script while personalizing conversations.

Create urgency and value to drive immediate sign-ups.

Hit and exceed sales targets with a competitive, results-driven approach.

Accurately update CRM with customer interactions and follow-ups.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in high-ticket phone sales (subscription sales, insurance, or similar a plus).

Mastery of persuasion and closing techniques (Sabri Suby, Jordan Belfort, or similar training preferred).

Confident, energetic, and articulate communicator who can build instant rapport.

Ability to handle objections with ease and guide prospects to a "yes."

Self-motivated and competitive mindsetyou thrive in a high-performance sales environment.
