Job Summary:
The Brand Solutions Manager / Client Service will be responsible for driving client growth through strategic brand initiatives, seamless campaign execution, and performance management. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills to ensure smooth implementation of content and marketing strategies developed by internal or client teams, while maintaining high standards of delivery and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Strategy Implementation
Serve as the primary point of contact for all brand-related client initiatives and campaigns.
Take initiative in planning and executing brand and content strategies designed by internal or client strategy teams.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and research teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
2. Campaign Management & Execution
Manage end-to-end execution of marketing and communication campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
Ensure all campaign goals, deliverables, and brand guidelines are consistently met.
Oversee project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure seamless campaign rollout.
3. Vendor & Partner Management
Coordinate with vendors and external partners for PR, communication, and campaign execution.
Ensure adherence to brand standards, quality expectations, and timelines.
Review vendor outputs, provide constructive feedback, and ensure effective coordination between internal teams and vendors.
4. Performance & ROI
Monitor and analyze campaign performance against defined KPIs and ROI metrics.
Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights for continuous improvement.
Support data-driven decision-making in collaboration with the analytics or research team.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments for campaign briefings, execution, and follow-up.
Assist leadership in preparing client presentations, review meetings, and new business pitches.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience in brand management, marketing, or client servicing.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proven experience in handling end-to-end campaign execution and vendor coordination.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and performance tracking platforms.
