Salary - Fresher - Upto 25k ctc , 25k in-hand Experience - Upto 30k ctc , 25k in- hand Facilities - Cabs provide in Odd hours 6 days working Rotational Shift with Rotational Off Excellent communication required Role & responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms. Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to customers based on their needs and preferences. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer care process and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calling and pre-written scripts. Presenting products or services effectively, understanding customer needs, and tailoring pitches accordingly. Building rapport, addressing inquiries, and handling objections to foster positive customer interactions. Taking and processing orders accurately, managing customer records, and updating databases. Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction. Working towards daily and monthly sales goals, utilizing effective sales strategies. Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions. Working with sales teams, marketing teams, and other departments to achieve sales goals.
